Cut off the desired length of the dental floss, ensuring that you have enough, approx. 46cm, to comfortably reach between your teeth and effectively clean your gums.
Insert the floss gently between your teeth and then move it back and forth in a smooth, consistent motion. It's also important to ensure you curve the floss into a C shape, allowing it to effectively cover more surface area of each tooth for a thorough clean. This technique helps to remove plaque and debris, promoting better oral health overall.
Dispose the floss accordingly. Use more if needed.
