HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR MY ORDER WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
At ROBelle Farm, we ship our product through Australian post. We offer regular posts, and express posts at a flat rate, so there will be no surprise afterward.
Regular post with no signature require: $10 flat rate
Regular post with signature require: $12 flat rate
Express post with no signature require: $15 flat rate
Express post with signature require: $17 flat rate
We offer free shipping for orders over $100, which will be sent through regular mail with or without signature requirement, unless there are any special promotions.
We do ship all orders promptly on the following day after they have been placed, ensuring that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.

We do offer international shipping to anywhere in the world for our boar, and horse hair bristle bamboo toothbrush, as well as a thoughtfully curated selection of bath, body, and household accessories. We do offer international shipping only to New Zealand with Australian post because We would love to keep our business as local, and sustainable business.
New Zealand : $25 flat rate via regular post

Once we have received your order, we will manage them to be shipped as soon as possible.
Then we will notify you via email with tracking numbers. However, delivery time may be varied depending on circumstances, stock availability. weekends and public holiday orders may affect delivery time, but we will try to get your orders shipped as fast as we can.
If there is no availability for a particular stock, we will notify you via email within 48 hours.
Also, notification will be emailed to you within 48 hours, if we are not able to fulfill your order due to some reasons.
The order will take approximately 3 - 15 business days if you are in Australia for a regular post.
Normally, express post will take approximately 1 - 5 business days depending on where you live in Australia.
How to manage local pick-up? (appointment only)
In order to efficiently manage the local pick-up service in the Werribee VIC 3030 area, you will first need to make an online order through our website and select the local pick-up option available under the shipping choices. Following your order, you will promptly receive an email notification confirming that your order has been successfully placed. After we process your order, we will do our utmost to manage it as quickly as possible. Once your order has been finalized and prepared, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the date and time, indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. At that point, we kindly ask you to reply to the confirmation email or via contact us with you name and your order number, so we can arrange a suitable pick-up time. Once we receive your response, we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the pick-up arrangements. If, for any reason, we cannot accommodate your request, we will promptly advise you on rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and support.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
ROBelle Farm operates with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Our products are made with natural ingredients, which may result in slight variations in appearance between them and the pictures provided. Each product we offer is unique. Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the products for both quantity and quality. If you encounter any issues or faults, please reach out to us via email at admin@robellefarm.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not provide exchanges or refunds solely based on a change of mind. If you need assistance, please contact us and we will guide you on returning the products to us.

After we receive your returns as requested, we will fully refund you for the products or send you a replacement if you prefer.
