    3. Dampen your toothbrush and then dip it into the secondary container to pick up some of the powder.
    4. Brush your teeth as you normally would with regular toothpaste.
    5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and finish off by using your preferred type of dental floss for extra clean teeth. We recommend doing this routine twice a day.

    (use around 0.5g each times, little dip, because wattle seeds can stain the teeth)
